C3000では何の問題もなく認識されるので，そっちのfdiskで見たときの，問題のカードのパーティションテーブルは．．．．．：

/dev/mmcda1           1   476     60908+  6  FAT16

/dev/mmcda2           1     1         0   0  Empty

Partition 2 has different physical/logical beginnings (non-Linux?):

     phys=(0, 0, 0) logical=(0, 0, 1)

Partition 2 has different physical/logical endings:

     phys=(0, 0, 0) logical=(16777215, 7, 32)

Partition 2 does not end on cylinder boundary.

てな感じです。
なんかpartition 2が怪しげですねぇ．．．．．。
．．．．．あれ？なんでpartition 1 がFAT16なんだろ？mkfs.ext2 /dev/mmcda1 でext2化したはずだったんだけど．．．．．。
